Super bands are resistance training bands designed for heavy-duty use. These bands are effective for both upper and lower body training and can be used for a variety of strength, speed, flexibility and rehabilitation exercises. Super bands are available in 6 resistance levels. The Super bands can be used for assisted chin-ups and dips. They can also be used for developing lateral speed and forward acceleration. Super bands can be used during weightlifting to overload the bar and add tension to exercises like the bench press, squat and dead lift.
