The FIZIQUE Shifting Load Sand Bag is the first of its kind in SA.
This locally manufactured sand bag consists of a heavy duty outer shell with a zip and velcro closure. This closure ensures that the filled inside bags don't fall out but rather shift around securely inside the outer shell.
The shifting load sand bag has 7 strategically placed handles to allow for increased versatility while performing a variety of different functional exercises.
The Shifting Load Sand Bag includes the following:
* 1 X Sand Bag Shell
* 20kg - 4 X 5kg empty sand bags to fill for variable load
To achieve a variable load while training you can add more or less filled 5kg bags to the outer shell to achieve your required weight.
45cm x 31 x 31 and the bag unweighted is 2kg
