Description

Mini-Bands can be used anywhere! Perfect for on the filed, in the gym, at home or while travelling. FIZIQUE mini bands can be used for both upper and lower body exercises. Using the mini bands for dynamic warm up helps to target the hips and shoulder joints. These mini bands can also be used in conjunction with other exercises for a full upper and lower body exercise routine.

Available in 6 resistance levels

Bands measure 5cm X 48cm circumference. The thickness of the band varies according to the colour / resistance level of the band.

Resistance Levels
Yellow - Extra Light

Red - Light

Green - Medium

Blue - Medium Heavy

Purple - Heavy

Orange - Extra Heavy

 

Yellow - 0.3mm

Green - 0.7mm 

Blue - 0.9mm

Purple - 1.2mm

Orange 1.5mm

    Excellent Mini Bands

    Mini bands are to be found easily online, but without exception they are either too long or not strong enough. These mini bands are what you would expect to find in a high end gym and not your usual brand of lower end items. These are perfect for exercises like squat walks.
