The length of the straps can be adjusted effortlessly by unclipping the carabiner hook and shifting it higher or lower on the D-rings. This simple mechanism makes adjusting the length quick and easy.

Very versatile piece of equipment

The gravity trainer adds a new dimension to your workout routine and allows you to moderate intensity easily by shifting your body weight around. Its great for stretching and targeting your muscles in new and different ways.

Workmanship and materials are great quality and very sturdy and reliable - this is very important as you'll find yourself in some interesting positions suspended in mid-air!

In my opinion definitely a worthy addition to my home gym.
